Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Per Annum (plus benefits)

Our client is a growing financial services business based in Bracknell seeking to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst. The role is ideal for a progressive and technically strong ACA/ACCA Accountant looking to develop their career within a PE business environment.


Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting in preparing statutory accounts for SPVs/warehouses and consolidated group accounts
  2. Preparing regulatory returns (MLAR/MQ/MM) on a monthly/quarterly basis
  3. Researching new disclosures and applying accounting standards for papers/accounts
  4. Writing accounting memos for newly incorporated warehouses/SPVs
  5. Preparing and delivering accurate and timely information to auditors
  6. Liaising with accounts payable to ensure purchase orders are raised and receipted correctly
  7. Conducting corporation tax accrual analysis comparing actuals vs prior year and budget
  8. Collaborating with external tax specialists
  9. Supporting the team to meet its objectives and goals daily
  10. Providing cover during team holidays/absences
  11. Managing relationships within the business to fulfill specific role responsibilities
  12. Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks as needed

The offered salary ranges from £55,000 to £65,000, plus benefits.
