This is a fixed term contract for 12 months working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office (East Midlands Office Pegasus Business Park, DE74 2TZ). Hybrid working available.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) / Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and FP and A, you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across our UK-wide care services.

This is more than just numbers; you\'ll be driving decisions that directly impact the lives of the people we support.

We work best when we\'re together. This role involves being in the office at least three days a week to support teamwork and shared success.

Your responsibilities
