We’re growing fast and we have some very exciting plans. We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to help us make them happen.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Finance Operations Analyst, our goal where possible is to automate and innovate, making sure the right tools are in place to enable the team to work as a business-enabling function rather than huddling over Excel running manual repetitive tasks.

What you can expect to be doing:
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy across all balances
  • Identifying, investigating and resolving client account discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate accounting of payments transactions
  • Setup and continuous improvement of reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Work with data team to ensure accurate reporting and distribution of information across the business
  • Transaction monitoring for risk and compliance
  • Work with product team on new features to understand cost and process impacts
  • Automate and simplify processes using SQL/Python
  • Work with auditors to provide relevant data upon request
  • Take an active role in Operational projects to ensure better outcomes
  • Work closely with Compliance and Risk to address new regulatory changes and apply them to procedures and processes
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 1 year experience in financial operations, ideally having taken part in setting up new reconciliation processes
  • Experience within a high growth business
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel
  • Experience using SQL or python
  • You’re hands-on and take satisfaction in supporting colleagues, projects or tasks however big or small
  • Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
