• Minimum professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) required.
• Previous experience in Audit or advisory service preferred.
• Ability to interpret and analyse complex information.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Prepare analysis and findings for client deliverables.
• Consult effectively regarding risk management practices.

Skills

Previous experience in Audit or an advisory service line
