Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid, Full-Time)

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Leading the finance team and overseeing all finance functions, including payroll.
• Designing and preparing Monthly Management Accounts, MI, and KPIs.
• Compiling annual budgeting and managing monthly variance reporting.
• Maintaining and developing financial forecasting models.
• Managing treasury and cash flow reporting.
• Overseeing sales and stock flow forecasting models.
• Coordinating the Year-End Audit process and liaising with external auditors.
• Controlling the annual stock take and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Conducting weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting.
• Handling statutory reporting and other ad-hoc financial projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Financial Controller aiming to develop into a Finance Director role.
• Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• A strong communicator with the gravitas to work effectively with non-finance staff, senior management, and the Board.
• Familiar with Microsoft Business Central and financial modelling software such as Power BI.
