About Our Client

Our Client is a small company in the Beauty sector backed by credible investors with a successful track record in the FMCG space. They have experienced 100% growth YoY for the past 3 years and are anticipating continued growth for the next several years!

Job Description
  • Ensure accurate product costing to support strategic pricing and commercial decisions
  • Collaborate with management on pricing strategies
  • Implement and maintain systems for timely and insightful management reporting
  • Oversee debtor management and cash flow forecasting
  • Administer invoice financing and inventory reporting processes
  • Manage royalty calculations and reporting for brand partners
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including third-party stock tracking
  • Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) for monthly financial reviews
  • Compile stock valuations, accruals, and prepayment schedules
  • Handle VAT submissions and compliance
  • Propose initiatives to enhance profitability
  • Coordinate insurance coverage updates
  • Liaise with head office and external advisors as needed
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • FMCG industry experience (inventory accounting)
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of transactional finance
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team culture
  • Track record of acting as a finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Identify opportunities as the company grows
  • Proficient in Xero and highly skilled in Excel
