A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a well-established manufacturing business in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and FPA department, ensuring robust financial management and processes. Ideal candidates will possess relevant qualifications and significant financial management experience. The role offers a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits.
Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller for a well-established manufacturing business in the FMCG space, currently operating across numerous sites with ambitious plans for continued growth and operational excellence. The Financial Controller will have direct visibility to the Senior Leadership Team and FP&A department, playing a pivotal role in leading the finance function and ensuring robust financial management across this dynamic and essential sector. You will have the ability to add value from day one and make a tangible impact on the financial operations of a business that serves a valuable purpose.
The Financial Controller will have a strong background in end-to-end financial management, with proven experience in leading finance teams and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of an organisation. You will ideally be qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE with significant experience, with demonstrable senior financial management experience. Ideally, you will have worked within education catering or as part of a subsidiary within a larger group structure. You will possess excellent communication skills, be resilient and pragmatic in your approach, and have the ability to navigate complex financial structures whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Compensation: 70,000 - 80,000 + Benefits
