What’s the mission?

As Financial Controller, you will lead our operations accounts team in delivering precise monthly management accounts and actionable business insights. You will take ownership of the annual budget, monthly FP&A models, and weekly cashflow forecasting, ensuring robust control over the balance sheet and the end‑to‑end capital expenditure process. This role blends technical governance with commercial flair; you will provide vital commentary on revenue and margins while supporting the annual audit. Ideally suited for a proactive leader, you will also play a key role in deputising for the Finance Director and assisting with broader departmental duties as the business evolves.

Mission‑Critical Skills
  • Qualified accountant
  • Manufacturing or standard costing experience
  • Multi‑site and entity financial reporting and analysis
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail, well organised and curious
  • Demonstrable management of team and coaching skills
  • SAP experience preferable
