With a UK head office, this global organisation has additional sites in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and USA.

The business is now seeking a talented Group Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO, the role includes;

• Leading a team of 5, owning end-to-end financial control and accounting.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, including opportunities to develop the accounting & reporting systems to maximise the value provided to users.
• Owning all operational aspects of the group finance team including AP, AR, Banking, Inventory & Payroll, all monthly transactions, journals, accruals & prepayments to ensure accuracy of the monthly / annual accounts.
• Providing monthly / annual management accounts with insightful analysis and commentary for the CFO and CEO.
• Partnering the CFO to deliver annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts to be distributed to both internal & external stakeholders.
