Job summary

A construction and infrastructure company is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist to support and improve their finance systems. You will act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, leading system improvements and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with Dynamics NAV/BC and strong stakeholder management skills. This is a permanent hybrid role based in North London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Good knowledge of accounting practices and financial processes.
• Extensive experience of ERP and system management.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Power BI experience highly desired.

SystemsAccountants are working with an established construction and infrastructure company who are looking for an experienced finance systems specialist, proficient in BC, to join their team. The role will require you to support and optimise their finance systems landscape while driving system improvements and managing audit and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for designated financial systems, confidently responding to queries and proactively collaborating with finance and business teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Provide first-line support for finance system queries.
• Identify and lead system and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders across finance, ICT, and the wider business to deliver impactful change.
• Design and deliver bespoke system developments, following structured processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate UAT, while championing cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate stakeholder and end-user engagement.
• Responsible for audit queries.
• Support system configuration and optimisation.
