负责Amesim流体系统仿真以及3D流体仿真相关的技术支持与开发工作。

主要职责包括但不限于以下条目:

  • 负责CFD模型的简化处理、网格划分、计算求解、结果分析、撰写报告、提供优化方案等。
  • 探索建立Amesim系统仿真与3D 流体仿真的联合模拟方法预测驾驶舱的HVAC性能。

Qualification Required:

    • a) Fluid Machinery CFD simulation;

This position is responsible for simulating and analyzing the thermal management of battery packs and related systems to ensure product safety and performance under various operating conditions.

The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

  • 2. Use CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEM (Finite Element Method) software for thermal simulations.
  • 3. Design and optimize thermal management systems to enhance battery performance and lifespan.
  • 4. Responsible for simulating structural strength, vibration fatigue, shock and drop of battery packs.
  • 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • 6. Write technical documentation and reports that clearly present simulation results and recommendations.
