工作职责：

• 负责驱动电机的多种物理场有限元仿真，包括电磁场，扭矩，磁通密度，热损耗，结构强度刚度，以及电机NVH。
• 负责电机在多种物理场中的系统级仿真，涉及电机控制，热管理等。
• 负责电机仿真所需相关参数的获取，如调研与测量。

任职要求：

基本要求：

• 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化/机电一体化/汽车制造/车辆工程/电机学及相关专业。
• 英语CET4及以上，口语流利
• 熟练掌握应用Maxwell、Hypermesh、Simulink等仿真软件

技能&能力要求：

• 掌握电机相关的电磁、结构、热力学分析方法，具备相关优化能力
• 扎实掌握电磁学与电机原理知识
• 具备有限元仿真经验；有二次开发经验者优先

职位描述：

负责Amesim流体系统仿真以及3D流体仿真相关的技术支持与开发工作。

主要职责包括但不限于以下条目：

• 负责CFD模型的简化处理、网格划分、计算求解、结果分析、撰写报告、提供优化方案等。
• 探索建立Amesim系统仿真与3D 流体仿真的联合模拟方法预测驾驶舱的HVAC性能。
• 辅助资深工程师完成公司创新课题。

Qualification Required:

• Min. MS degree in Fluid Machinery, Vehicle Engineering, Thermal Power Engineering or equal, focusing on (all acceptable):
  • a) Fluid Machinery CFD simulation;
  • b) Air conditioning system CFD simulation;

This position is responsible for simulating and analyzing the thermal management of battery packs and related systems to ensure product safety and performance under various operating conditions.

The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

• 2. Use CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEM (Finite Element Method) software for thermal simulations.
• 3. Design and optimize thermal management systems to enhance battery performance and lifespan.
• 4. Responsible for simulating structural strength, vibration fatigue, shock and drop of battery packs.
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• 6. Write technical documentation and reports that clearly present simulation results and recommendations.
