Responsibilities
  • Supporting day-to-day operational activities alongside the Operational Services Delivery Partner and Financial Systems Controller
  • Assisting with operational coordination tasks such as maintaining system master data (e.g. Mediaocean)
  • Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for internal UK stakeholders, responding to queries and helping resolve issues
  • Coordinating with internal and external helpdesks to ensure service issues are tracked, escalated and resolved efficiently
  • Monitoring operational systems and procedures and helping prepare basic performance and service reports
  • Providing general administrative support, including preparing documents, reports and meeting materials

Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
