Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Finance Officer – Sales Ledger to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team, on a part-time, permanent basis. Please note that this role pays between Scale I22 £22,725.03 and I25 £24,820.08 (Full-time Equivalent being £28,994 and £32,206) which is dependent on skills and experience.
In this role you will be responsible for the effective administration and control of the sales ledger, ensuring income is accurately recorded, debts are actively managed, and financial procedures are followed in line with college policies and regulations.
Working as part of the Finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for raising invoices, reconciling income, monitoring outstanding debt, and liaising with internal departments and external customers to resolve queries and ensure timely payment. You will contribute to month-end processes, maintain accurate financial records, and support the wider finance function as required.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
