Qualifications

  • Maintain Sales Day Books and the Fixed Asset schedule.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments.

  • Assist with various ad-hoc queries or projects.

Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum for AAT qualified and/or with demonstrated experience. Salary will be adjusted to reflect qualifications and experience.

Hours: 37 hours per week

As a Finance Officer, you will be an essential part of our finance team, supporting the Repairs Accountant. Your key responsibilities will include preparing Group repairs information for the Monthly Management Accounts, coding intercompany postings, producing external customer invoices, maintaining Sales Day Books and the Fixed Asset schedule, and preparing monthly accruals and prepayments. Additionally, you will manage contract schedules for internal works and assist with various ad-hoc queries or projects.
