Job summary

A leading music conservatoire in London is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage its accounts team. The successful candidate will be a CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant with relevant experience in finance. They must demonstrate innovative thinking in maximising systems and meeting tight deadlines. This full-time, fixed-term position offers a salary between £47,606 and £54,453 per annum, starting from December 2025.

Salary: Grade 8, £47,606 - £54,453 per annum. Appointments will normally be made to the first point of the grade.

To cope with growing demand and our increasingly global perspective, the RCM is seeking to engage a qualified Accountant to manage a small accounts team. We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• You will be a CCAB or CIMA fully qualified accountant or at final level (passed all exams)
• You will have relevant experience in a similar finance role
• You will be able to maximise the effective use of systems through innovative thinking
• You will have the ability to meet tight deadlines across a wide range of activities
• You will have sound and quick decision-making ability when under pressure
