Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in industry, ideally with hospitality exposure.
• Strong month-end reporting and variance analysis expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day finance operations and group reporting.
• Ensure accurate P&Ls for all sites and group entities.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Strong management accounts background

Proficient in Excel and financial systems

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders

Education

Qualified accountant

At least 3 years post-qualification experience
