Qualified Accountant - Uxbridge (Head Office)

Circa £75,000 + 25 days holiday + bank holidays Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm, Reporting to the Group Commercial Finance Director, you will play a key role in managing shared services costs and producing accurate and timely management accounts. You'll also be a central figure in the annual budgeting process and provide strategic financial insight across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Finance Director in budgetary compliance and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Provide financial guidance to Heads of Shared Service departments, ensuring strong financial understanding and performance.
  • Produce and analyse monthly central cost reporting packs and forecasts.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Lead the annual budget process alongside the Commercial Finance Director and BUFCs.
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are met and results are accurately recorded.
  • Assist with financial due diligence for acquisitions and post‑acquisition integration.
  • Investigate underlying trends and variances to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Undertake additional duties in line with the role as required.
