Job summary

You will be responsible for managing all financial processes, controls, and reporting, ensuring compliance and optimal cash flow management. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong Sage 50 and Excel skills. This position offers a salary up to £60k and benefits including 31 days of holiday and pension contributions.

Overview

Finance Manager - Cheltenham. Salary: £60,000 DOE (flexible for the right person).

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing business in Cheltenham. Reporting directly to the MD, you'll oversee a small finance team and take ownership of all financial processes, controls, and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Finance Team
• Produce month-end accounts, budgets & forecasts
• Manage cash flow, reconciliations, and payroll (Sage)
• Oversee credit control and compliance tasks
• Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar finance role
• Strong Sage 50 knowledge
• Excellent Excel skills
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
