Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE based on experience

On behalf of a dynamic creative fashion studio, we are seeking a detail-oriented finance manager to support their growing team. This part time role three days a week is a unique opportunity for a proactive, organised professional to play a key role in maintaining the studio’s financial and operational health during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero
• Manage financial records and prepare monthly reports
• Generate and track invoices and process monthly payroll
• Provide essential HR and administrative support across the business
• Collaborate with leadership to shape a smooth, inclusive, and well-structured studio environment

Qualifications

• Relevant bookkeeping experience
• Confidence with Xero
• Strong grasp of payroll, HR processes, and general office administration

Overview
