Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with senior leaders.

• Attend contract reviews and provide financial guidance.
• Manage cash flow and work in progress.
• Mentor and build relationships within the finance team.

Hours: 40 hours per week – we're happy to discuss flexible working options

What will you be responsible for?

As our Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial success of our Building Solutions North region. You'll partner with operational teams, influence decision-making, and help drive growth across a portfolio of exciting projects.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with senior leaders
• Producing insightful monthly accounts and performance analysis
• Attending contract reviews, providing expert financial guidance and challenge
• Managing cash flow and WIP to keep projects on track
• Building strong relationships and mentoring a talented finance team

What are we looking for?

This role of Finance Manager is great for you if:

• You're a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) with Post Qualification Experience
• You have experience in long-term contract accounting
• You know the construction industry inside out
• You're confident working across multiple sites and happy to travel when needed
