Jersey Dairy is a farmer-owned cooperative, producing high-quality dairy products made with milk from the world-famous pedigree Jersey cow. We are a well-established, unique Jersey business with a collaborative and innovative culture.

We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to join our small senior management team and play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who is hands-on, forward-thinking, and passionate about supporting sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Driving business performance through clear analysis and insight
• Managing compliance, risk, cash flow, and banking relationships
• Leading and developing the Finance team
• Supporting strategic decision-making and business innovation

Qualifications

• Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Have at least 5 years’ senior finance experience, including board experience, ideally within an SME or manufacturing environment
• Be commercially and strategic minded with strong business acumen
• Have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
