The Role

• Leading and developing a high‑performing finance function with best‑in‑class reporting, controls, and financial management.
• Taking full ownership of transactional finance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Providing commercial insight to support data‑driven decisions across the leadership team.
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
• Managing relationships with lenders, banks, and investors.
• Partnering closely with operations to deliver timely analysis and performance insights.
• Driving improvements across systems, processes, and reporting to enhance scalability.
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and transformation projects.
