Hutcheon Mearns are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in St Andrews for a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant who thrives on collaboration, enjoys producing financial information to support strategic decision-making, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement within a complex and dynamic environment.
This is a new role created to add capacity to the team to continue to provide high levels of finance business partnering support. You'll be working with a best-in‑class finance team in a market‑leading organisation, gaining exposure to strategic and high‑impact systems transformation projects. Salary is up to £53,000 + 39 days annual leave and 14.5% employer pension contribution. This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
The Job Opportunity
As a Finance Business Partner, you will lead a small team, working closely with senior leaders across multiple business areas. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide insightful financial analysis, shape budget and forecasting processes, and help your stakeholders make data‑driven decisions. This role is pivotal in connecting finance to operations - turning financial information into meaningful insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting planning for growth and sustainability.
