Overview

Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on turning insight into impact? Do you enjoy partnering with business leaders to drive performance and shape strategic decisions?

What you'll be doing

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Commercial Finance division, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide timely, accurate, and insightful management information to the Divisional MD and leadership team.
• Deliver analysis that drives performance improvement and supports decision-making.
• Evaluate financial outcomes of key projects, both pre- and post-investment.
• Act as a key contact for external audit queries related to Commercial Finance. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with 2-5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in business partnering within financial services - experience in working capital finance (e.g. invoice discounting or factoring) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills; TM1, Power BI or SQL knowledge is a plus.
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
