This role would suit a qualified finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with the business to drive performance and informed decision-making.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to understand performance drivers, challenges and opportunities
• Deliver clear financial insight through analysis, interpretation and storytelling beyond the numbers
• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning across multiple departments, including international operations
• Support profitability through pricing analysis, new product development and commercial negotiation
