Job Title : Finance Business Partner

Location : Manchester

Salary : £45,000 + package

Backed by their collaborative, make it happen culture, the All About Food team is responsible for transitioning the success of leading restaurant and coffee shop brands like Nando’s, Costa, Wagamama and Pret into the world of grocery retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, marketing and category departments to provide financial guidance and insights, supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide insightful analysis on business performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

Qualifications

• Part qualified / finalist in ACCA / CIMA
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst role, preferably within food / FMCG / consumer sectors
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a must.
