A company experiencing continued growth is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. A leading all-Ireland charity delivering mental health, addiction, learning disability, autism, and wellbeing services. The organisation works closely with health bodies, government, employers, and communities to provide support across multiple sites. With several hundred staff, it is dedicated to improving lives, promoting independence, and fostering positive wellbeing.

  • Partner with service managers to provide financial insight, analysis, and support for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis tailored to business needs.
  • Act as an internal consultant, embedding finance across the organisation with a forward-looking, commercial approach.
  • Support governance, compliance, and internal audit while promoting best practice in financial management.
  • Contribute to business cases, funding applications, tenders, and project/strategic planning.
  • Assist in financial systems development (budgeting, forecasting, costing models).
