We\'re excited to offer a phenomenal opportunity for an expert Finance Business Analyst to join our Finance Continuous Improvement team on a permanent basis.
As part of a multifaceted and forward-thinking team, you\'ll work closely with Finance Global Process Owners (GPOs), technology partners, and key collaborators to support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Drawing on your strong understanding of finance operations—particularly transactional processes—you\'ll identify inefficiencies, propose practical solutions, and help implement outstanding processes that improve performance, compliance, and user experience. You\'ll play a key role in crafting and optimising core finance processes across the business.
This is a hands-on role that combines critical thinking with day-to-day delivery, perfect for someone who grows with change, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about making a real impact in finance operations.
