The Finance Division are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-organised team player for the Income and Credit Control team.

The main duties of the post include active collection of tuition fees, accommodation fees and other debts due to the University along with allocation of income in an accurate and timely manner. You will be expected to deal with students, staff and many other University customers, both professionally and confidentially in line with service standards.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, a courteous and professional manner together with an enthusiasm for working in a busy, but friendly team environment. Previous credit control experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work to a high degree of accuracy. You should have experience of team working in a customer-focused role. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is essential.

The team works flexibly and is using a hybrid approach; working on campus 3 days per week as a minimum and at home for the remainder. We expect the successful candidate to be on campus more during the initial training period.

The position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis until 31 July 2026.
