We are seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to join Wave Multi Academy Trust, providing essential support to our finance team and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing supplier and customer accounts, and assisting with payment runs and reconciliations. You will liaise with suppliers, resolve queries, and help prepare data for budgets and audits, while ensuring compliance with Trust procedures and statutory guidance.
Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
