A recruitment agency is seeking a Finance Assistant in Letchworth Garden City. This role involves managing accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and supplier payments. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of accounts payable experience and preferably an AAT qualification. The position offers a salary range of £24,000 – £28,000 with additional benefits including 25 days leave and a pension scheme.
Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in Letchworth Garden city. In this position you will be working on accounts payable, supporting the finance team and reporting to the Finance Director.
This position is ideal for someone who is AAT qualified or currently studying for a finance or accounting related qualification.
You will need to have experience in accounts payable, double-entry bookkeeping as well as supplier payments and reconciliations.
Salary : £24,000 – £28,000
Hours : 37.5 Hours a week 8 : 30am – 5pm Monday – Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)
