Based just outside Petersfield in Hampshire, my client has been providing first class services to small and medium‑size businesses across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, London, and Sussex for over 20 years. They are a growing & thriving company looking for a dedicated Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries and work requests via email and telephone
  • Follow up with customers to confirm service appointments
  • Maintain and update the company database daily
  • Chase outstanding customer invoices
  • Support the Service Manager by booking planned work for engineers
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked to keep operations running smoothly
  • Process supplier invoices in the computer system
  • Order uniforms for engineers and office staff
Skills and Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good spelling and numerical skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn essential company software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
