This role is within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial and successful property development company.

As the Finance and Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the company’s joint venture projects
2. Collaborating with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cash flow
3. Assisting the property finance team with mezzanine and equity loans for property development
4. Liaising with the Operations Manager on all finance and refinancing arrangements
5. Working closely with the family office on new business opportunities
6. Performing ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Operations Manager

The ideal candidate likely has experience in the banking sector and has managed joint ventures extensively.
