We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Projects Assistant Manager or Manager to join our North Region team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality client work, identifying new opportunities to add value, and championing the benefits of digital and cloud‑based projects across the wider team. You will work closely with the Regional and National Projects Teams, and collaborate with Internal Digital, Consulting Digital, and Business Transformation teams to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous innovation.

You’ll make an impact by :
  • Liaise with partners and portfolio managers to identify client opportunities and promote digital / cloud solutions.
  • Champion digital health checks across the North portfolio, track completion, and follow up on identified opportunities.
  • Deliver client work including cloud implementation, automation tools, finance function optimisation, forecasting, and software selection.
  • Provide support and training on platforms like Xero and related apps.
  • Supervise junior staff on projects, ensuring effective briefing, oversight, and review.
  • Raise awareness of digital tools and challenge existing processes to drive efficiency and better client insights.
  • Stay current with digital developments, maintain certifications, and complete relevant training.
