We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. This role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations accurate billing and timely payments. The ideal candidate will be highly organised detail-oriented and confident handling accounts receivable and related administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Billing and Payments

Prepare issue and track sales invoices across multiple projects and currencies.

Monitor accounts receivable including following up on overdue invoices and chasing late payments.

Process and reconcile employee expenses refunds and reimbursements.

Administrative Support

Manage billing and payment-related email correspondence ensuring timely responses.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Provide administrative support to both the finance and operations teams as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role (accounts receivable experience is a plus).

Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.

Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
