This isnot a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

Required Locations:

St. Francis Medical Center - 13710 St Francis Blvd, Midlothian, VA 23114

St. Mary's Hospital - 5801 Bremo Rd, Richmond, VA 23226

What will your job involve?
  • Working directly withhospital staffto ensure safe and timelymedical waste container exchangesand proper segregation.
  • Inspecting and servicingDaniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
  • Lifting containers(up to 50 lbs) andpushing/pulling carts(up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
  • Maintaining inventoryof containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
  • Using acompany-provided smartphoneto manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
  • Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
  • Representing Daniels Health withprofessionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
