Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Field Service Engineer.
• Knowledge of gluing systems is an advantage.
• Experience in the packaging industry, particularly corrugated or folded cartons.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field installations, preventative maintenance, equipment health checks and repairs.
• Investigate, diagnose and rectify customer equipment faults.
• Provide technical support and operator training.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered into the service management system.
