A leading healthcare technology provider in the UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services. You will work remotely covering Norfolk, engaging with a diverse range of customers and ensuring their needs are met. Ideal candidates have an NVQ Level 2 in Electrical/Electronic and strong interpersonal skills. We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and help us to provide the highest quality repair and maintenance service to a select range of company and third-party products in an efficient and professional manner. This role is remote and will cover Norfolk.

As a Field Service Engineer at Tunstall, you will need to demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a variety of customers from vulnerable to elderly and working on equipment in their homes.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a Field Engineer, using your electrical and electronic experience to help maintain/test a variety of products such as: Emergency Lights, Fire Systems and a variety of our electrical/electronic products. Any experience of working within a field-based role would be desirable, but not essential.
