We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Gloucester area.

Must be based in the GL postcode area.

Salary: £32,400 - £35,400 P/A (£42,000 OTE). Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends - Contractual).

Key duties/responsibilities
  • Travelling on a daily basis to customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing existing Stairlifts within the field.
  • Meeting all targets and deadlines professionally and timely.
  • Providing high levels of customer service – ensuring satisfaction and implementing corrective actions with assistance of management.
  • Carrying out product updates and safety checks safely.
  • Communicating effectively with external customers and providing customer feedback.
