At Nilfisk, we are one of the UK's leading suppliers of industrial cleaning equipment, and we are recruiting for a suitable person to undertake a dual role within the company. The roles include demonstrating and installation of our products at client sites along with staff training and then also as a Field Service Engineer, you\'ll be working on customer sites throughout Central Scotland, making sure that everything is running smoothly.

Your role will involve completing all repairs within contracted service level agreements, which means you\'ll be making follow-up calls to install additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), and carrying out scheduled planned maintenance services.

We’ll equip you with everything you need – a van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and training. And the best part – you’ll only be working weekdays!

Key Responsibilities
  • Always follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules and technician procedures.
  • Capture correct client data and make updates to jobs in real-time.
  • Provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit.
  • Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels.
  • Uphold the condition of the company vehicle to a high standard.
Demonstration/Installation Responsibilities
  • Liaising with sales colleagues to deliver equipment to customers\' sites.
  • Maintain demonstration machines after use.
  • Speak clearly and confidently to groups of people when installing and training on equipment.
