Your Role
  • Work closely with Field Sales Executives to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Train, coach, and motivate your team to secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Play an active role in recruiting high-performing sales executives.
  • Keep your team up to date with the latest product and service knowledge.

Youll be successful in the role of team leader if you have:
