About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our client's Full Fibre broadband services door‑to‑door and at various events. Your mission will be to drive growth by expanding their presence in towns and communities served by their network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door‑to‑door sales in expanding territories.
  • Attend events and engage with the community.
  • Engage daily with both existing and potential clients.
  • Secure referrals, endorsements, and introductions from existing customers.
  • Identify and seize new sales opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases regularly.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high‑quality customer care.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies to drive new business.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in direct face‑to‑face sales, preferably within the energy or telecommunications sectors.
  • Valid UK Driver’s Licence + Your own car / transport.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self‑motivated and target‑driven.
  • Committed to going the extra mile to achieve sales targets.

  • Car Allowance of £6,000 per year
