Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Engage in consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with clients.
• Nurture relationships and manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Conduct in-depth reviews to identify growth opportunities.
