Job description

As Field Marketing Manager for EMEA you will play a central role in driving growth across a highly competitive region.

You’ll design and execute localized go-to-market initiatives from high-impact campaigns and activations to thought leadership programs that resonate with agencies, advertisers and publishers while staying aligned with our global strategy.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, this role bridges global strategy with local execution to accelerate our expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a regional marketing plan that drives sales engagement and growth.
  • Identify market trends and refine positioning and narratives.
  • Deliver campaigns, events, PR and partnerships strategies tailored to local markets.
  • Localise messaging and sales assets for cultural and commercial relevance.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand and Communications to ensure consistent execution.
  • Define KPIs, track performance and continuously optimise GTM strategies.
  • Leverage digital and offline channels to amplify reach.
  • Elevate Dailymotion Advertising’s presence through thought leadership and executive visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align regional initiatives with global objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, GTM, sales enablement, product marketing or a similar strategic marketing role.
  • Proven experience in the Ad‑tech sector or experience creating high‑impact sales narratives and materials.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA markets (deep UK experience a plus) and buyer behaviour.
  • Track record of working effectively in multi‑stakeholder organisations.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Fluent or native in English; other European languages a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
  • Expert proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva) with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
