Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-priority mobile device refresh programme across Norfolk and Suffolk.
• Work closely with a dedicated End User Computing (EUC) team.
• Carry out advanced diagnostics and support for hardware/software issues.
• Maintain ICT asset register for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent ICT in a customer-facing role across internal departments.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with targets and compliance.
