A leading apprenticeship training provider is seeking an Observation Assessor to support Health & Social Care learners. This role involves observing assessments, providing feedback, and promoting learner welfare. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector at Senior Carer level.
• Must have own transport and business-use car insurance.
• Flexibility to travel long distances and stay overnight.

Responsibilities

• Observe learners in real-life care settings.
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner progression.
• Plan and conduct in-person visits averaging 3 learners per day.
• Ensure assessments meet relevant quality standards.
