Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in property maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
• Proven track record in managing Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of maintenance works across occupied properties.
• Ensure works are completed safely and to the required standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
