Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.
• Experience in a senior support, team leader or deputy role.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, and person-centred planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in delivering person-centred care.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Support recruitment and staff development.

Skills

Experience with learning disabilities

Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

Level 5 Leadership & Management (desirable)
