Job Description

The Field and Filter Technician will visit customers in the field to review filter performance, conduct on-site training, filter system start-up, and assist in setting up on-site filter trials. Estimated travel is 3 to 4 times per month. As a Filter Technician in the shop, duties include saw cutting, assembly of large filter systems, hydrostatic testing, and quality control.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, be mechanically inclined with a background in maintenance activities, and knowledge of controls systems is a plus. Candidate must be willing to travel, mostly within 6 hours of the shop.

Technician Requirements

1. 5 years of mechanical and maintenance experience.
2. Customer support experience including interaction with customers.
3. Interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Ability to perform basic arithmetic as well as a good understanding of shop math.
5. Clean driving record.
