We're looking for a reliable female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in a supported living home in New Southgate. You'll be supporting four older adults (two men, two women). One woman requires 1:1 support overnight, which is why this role is open to female applicants only.

You’ll be part of a small night team, helping with personal care, wellbeing checks, and keeping the home clean and safe. Some people use wheelchairs or hoists, and some follow a pureed diet, full training is provided. Communication styles vary, so you’ll need to be observant and responsive.

The home is quiet at night, but your role is important. You’ll help people feel settled and be ready to support if needed.
